I have a Light Phone 2 and I really like it. The 299 price for the 2 is reasonable price. I like listening to podcasts on it. But I think for your use case that you should put your iPhone in a high up place or have a friend put a child lock on unnecessary apps to start off. I also think you can you can use your iPhone as a second phone with Wi-Fi only for important apps. (Depends on your self control) Instead of watching YouTube on my iPad, I watch it on my living room tv bc I have full focus. You’re on a good path since you read a lot. The average American reads less than 1 book per year. :)
